Momentum Mechanical was established in 2005 as a state-licensed mechanical contractor. From a localized service area in Fort Worth, we've grown to serve commercial clients across the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
We serve offices, retail, schools, public buildings, military installations, medical facilities, restaurants, distribution centers, hotels, and churches. Our growth comes from the expertise of our people, our customer service, and the strength of our relationships.

Experienced leadership, project management, field supervision, and administrative support working together across every phase of commercial mechanical construction.
As co-founder and Owner/Partner, Mark oversees the entire operation with a hands-on emphasis on competitiveness, project performance, and quality. He constantly strives to build strong, lasting relationships with his client base. Mark founded Momentum Mechanical in 2005 after serving as Senior Project Manager at TD Industries from 1987 to 2005.
Mark is Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Construction Education Foundation. He is involved with TEXO, Dallas Public Schools Careers Advisory Council, and the Jerry Junkins Minority Scholarship Committee. Mark was featured on the PlayMakers Talk Show in December 2020, discussing his career and leadership in the construction industry.
With 38 years in the construction industry, Mark built extensive commercial project leadership experience before co-founding Momentum Mechanical.
As co-founder and Owner/Partner, Maurice has served as the Production Manager for Momentum Mechanical's projects since 2007. He has completed numerous training programs in construction, management, and air conditioning and holds a Journeyman Electrician's License.
He has worked in every area of the mechanical construction industry, serving as Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Chief Estimator, and Construction Administration Manager. Maurice's expertise includes estimating, field engineering, inspection, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
Carolyn serves as CFO with over 20 years of diverse management experience as Administrative Manager, Contract Administrator, Accountant, and Human Resource Generalist. Her emphasis has been in office management, cost accounting, credit and collections, financial planning and budgeting, and employee relations.
Prior to joining Momentum Mechanical, Carolyn served in similar capacities at McBride Electric and other construction firms in the DFW metroplex.
